Where are your furniture produced?
Although LUSH is a local establishment, we pride ourselves by working with suppliers & manufacturers from all over the globe & adhere to international standards in order to remain competitive. Each piece of furniture from our collection is carefully selected by us, from our highly reputable partners worldwide with assurance that quality is not compromised.
Are all your furniture customisable?
Our customisation options are as follow:
- Coffee Table (Selected models only) – Tabletop, Base
- Dining Chair (Selected models only) – Material, Base
- Sofas – Material, Size, Configuration, Colour, Base
- Dining Tables – Tabletop, Size, Shape, Base
Can I purchase another set of covers / cushions for my sofa after I have made a purchase?
Yes you can as long as that particular model is still in production!
Are there any warranty?
All LUSH furniture comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty except for showroom or display set sold with 6 months structure warranty.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do but only in container load of 20fts or 40fts.
How are your delivery charges like?
What is the delivery lead time?
For customised/made to order sofas and dining tables, the production lead time is usually between 4 to 6 weeks.
Is there a storage fee for postponement of delivery date?
Free storage is capped at 1 month. After a month, a S$50 charge per cubic meter will be applied for each month thereafter.
Can I make a purchase now and only have it delivered months later?
How do I place an order?
Our website is secured with the latest security update so you can place your order online safely by adding the products to cart and checking out with the various payment options available.
